Design of sheet bender
Kazda, Tomáš ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a sheet metal bending machine, which is intended for home workshops, or common craft operations. The first part of the thesis contains a overview of similar machines, that are currently available in the shops. In the second part of the thesis was selected the most optimal design, which arose from the three conceptual designs. Each design was rated and on the basis of a multi-criteria analysis were selected the best one. Final design were processed to the 3D model, which have a technical calculations and technical drawings too. After this were made a economic calculations of a final design, including a comparison with a selected models from the research part of this thesis.
Design of forming tool production technology using the additive method of 3D printing
Obadal, Jan ; Vašíř, Jakub (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a plan of a forming device manufacturing technology utilising additive methods of 3D printing. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the characteristics of sheet metal forming technology and the characteristics of additive technology. The practical part of this thesis contains a breakdown of the current state and it deals with usage of the current forming tool. In terms of the practical part, there is an innovation draft whose goals it to speed up the manufacture of a particular pressed piece. The principle of this innovation is the utilisation of a single-purpose machine which is optained through the additive method of 3D printing. The optimal combination of printing parameters and tool geometry are found through prototype testing. To keep the product measurements accurate requires modified proportiong of the semi-finished product. The final tool is capable of bending two pressed pieces at the same time. During the process of bending, it is necessary to review the measurements of every 25th pressed piece and to revise the position of a bottom dead center. The lifetime of this innovative tool is set to 600 pieces. Technological and economical evaluation shows return of invesments and reduced time due to the application of this innovation, thanks to which the bending time is reduced by 50 %.
Construction of hydraulic bending machine of steel sections
Kluka, Ladislav ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Matějka, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with design of a hydraulics bending machine. Bending machine will be used primarily for bending reinforcement bars in the shape of stapes. It consists of bending, sliding and chute system, which are located in the machine frame. Drive of each system is provided by a rotary and two linear hydraulic motors. Then there is described a hydraulic system and selection of its most important parts. Work is supplemented by visual documentation in the form of images of individual systems were processed in a CAD system Inventor 2010
Design and construction of a rolling machine
Salajka, Josef ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to design and construct a machine for bending profiles, which will be then used in home workshop. The work itself discusses the issue of profile forming in mechnichal engineering. Specifically a description of bending, its division and machines comonly used. Furthermore acquaitance with rollinch machines on the market and their manufacturers. According to existing solution found in the catalogs, a custom concept was designed, for which a 3D model and mechanical drawing were made. A prototype of concept was made. The work describes the functionality of the designed machine alongside its demonstration. In the end, the whole bachelor thesis was evaluated from technical and economic point of view.
